60 Minute Massage

$100

A full body massage including deep compression, assisted yoga stretches, and improved energy flow.

75 Minute Massage

$120

Sometimes a little extra time to breathe and ease into stretches is just the right ticket.

90 Minute Massage

$130

The deluxe. Walk away feeling like a new person. Recharged, energized, or maybe ready for a nap.

Traditional Thai is between 2-3 hours long. I believe 90 minutes is often a great amount of time to give your nervous system enough time to ease and your body to receive the best results.

So you haven’t had a Thai massage before

Experience an ancient massage modality that's been helping people live more sound lives for centeries. The client moves into a present state of mind, while the practitioner is in a sensing state. Assisted stretches, with leaning pressure, traction, and compression occures through different positions in fluid movement. This helps improve the energy flow throughout your body. Tension gets released. Your range of motion is improved, and an overall sense of wellbeing is boosted. You get to listen to your own body closer, learning where you hold your stress and work through that together. Adding movment to massage allows the relief to work through your joints, and everything in between, granting you ease throughout daily life.
